About our school
Founded in 2009 by local dancer Megan Elliott, Centre Stage was created with one goal in mind: to give people a place where creativity, confidence and lasting friendships can grow.
We believe that dance is more than movement — it's a shared experience that brings people together.
At Centre Stage, members share the studio with dancers of every age and journey, forming a community woven together by creativity, encouragement and shared passion.
Through regular performances, teamwork and shared achievements, students develop mutual respect, genuine connections and friendships that often reach far beyond the studio doors.
We also understand the importance of keeping people active, engaged and excited to learn. Our structured, high-energy classes give students a positive outlet for movement while encouraging focus, discipline, resilience, accountability and self-expression.
Our teaching team brings a wealth of experience, passion and professionalism to every class. Lessons are designed to challenge and inspire, helping each dancer — whether beginner or advanced — to grow in skill and confidence.
We provide performance opportunities for students to build character, develop resilience and become physically confident in ways that support their overall health, wellbeing and fitness.
At Centre Stage, we don't just teach dance — we nurture young people, celebrate individuality and create a place where every child can belong.
