About our school

Formed in 2009 by local dancer Megan Elliott (PGCE/BTEC/200YTT), Centre stage prides itself on being a professional service that supplies a wide variety of very accomplished teachers and students, with many of them still working and teaching within the dance industry. Offering a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities, Centre Stage gives options to attend as little or as often as you want.

Our staff members have vast teaching experience, creating lessons to support and inspire all pupils to succeed and excel in competitive dance. We provide opportunities for our dance students to become physically confident in a way that supports their health and fitness. We give our students opportunities to perform and offer other activities to help build character and help to embed values such as fairness and respect.

With all staff members fully qualified, insured, DBS checked, and experienced in their genre, we aim to develop pupils through dance in after-school classes, as well as weekends and during school holidays.
